Please read our rental policies below for more information on payments, cancellations, installations, and more,
We require a 30% deposit on all tent rentals at the time of order placement.
Balance due no later than the day of set up.
Installation area must be reasonably accessible or an excessive installation charge may apply
Cancellations made 30 days before the event will surrender the deposit amount.
Cancellations 48 hours or less before the scheduled delivery date will forfeit 100% of the total bill unless a rain date is scheduled.
Additional charges for losses or damaged product may apply
Excessive cleaning fees may apply for poor treatment of equipment.
Must keep chairs, tables, linens, etc. stacked and kept under the tent or an excessive clean-up charge or an install fee will be applied on the day of pick up
Excessive cleaning fees may apply to any linens deemed extraordinarily dirty, molded, or damaged.
Although we do not require a security deposit, an open major credit card must be available for security and cancellation purposes.
Local checks can be used for deposit only.
